Attorney - NAAV CIRCLE Project


Shandi Campbell, JD, has worked in the area of domestic violence since 2009, and is licensed to practice law in the State of Oklahoma, as well as eight tribal courts and has handled several cases concerning the checker-boarded jurisdiction between state and tribal courts in Oklahoma. Campbell has co-authored an article on the topic of sexual assault laws in Oklahoma Indian Country titled: Application of Sex Offender Registration and Notification Act in Oklahoma Indian Country, 81 Oklahoma Bar Journal 383- 386 (2010). She has served as the staff attorney for the Apache Tribe of Oklahoma civil-legal program where she works to provide legal assistance to victims of domestic violence, family violence, sexual assault, and stalking. Campbell has also served as a contract attorney for the NAAV CIRCLE Project, which provides a holistic representation for victims of domestic abuse, sexual assault and stalking through collaboration between attorney and tribal advocate.
